HIGH QUALITY MYLAR BAGS

I was new to this field and after a lot of researching ended up on this site. There are various other sites that the top of google searches will lead you to first which seem overly expensive. If you're new to storing food long term, then it can be a minefield and we don't want that bag of oats that we stored so lovingly a year ago to be inedible when we might really need it!! I had quite a few questions and Billy here answered them all quickly and succinctly for which I am truly grateful... and hence the review. I ordered the bags and oxygen absorbers that I needed and delivery was two days after my order, decent. Overall it gets five stars from me, thank you Billy!!

The 35cm x 50cm HD bags are ideal for the long term storage of normal length spaghetti or linguine from the supermarket. Carefully lay the pasta sticks sideways into the bag and each bag will hold 7 to 8 kg, depending on the brand, with a couple of inches left at the top for sealing the bag, in my case with a hot domestic iron. There is very little air around the pasta since the 35cm width is just right for it to lie flat. As recommended for this bag size, add one 2000cc oxygen absorber and seal the bag. Expect very tight shrinkage and a nice flat bag for stacking. (I haven't tried this myself but maybe just one or two 300cc oxygen absorbers would be enough for these particular pasta shapes in the 35cm x 50cm bags?)

Great product, superior quality! Customer service in a class of its own. I placed an order late on 21/12/21, i was tired and not concentrating on what i was ordering. I made a mistake on my order by clicking one the wrong item. A payment was made and my purchase was confirmed. When I realised the what I ordered it was too late to cancel. Really fab Mylar bags and just as important great service. I had a problem with an order and called. No one answered by 10mins later l received a call from the company, the gentleman said that he was driving and said he would call me back when he reached the office, really didn’t expect a call back that day ,let along before the end of the day. He took the ID numbers for the orders in question and within an hours he was true to his word and called back, not something that happens very often nowadays , l couldn’t thank him enough, simply for calling back and sorting out the issue.

I had a bad experience when the Swedish/Danish post company as usual succeeded in not delivering in reasonable time. Once I had clarified the situation for Mylar shop they immediately sent me a new package which was trackable and the package arrived within a few days. The same day as the new package arrived the old one also arrived. When informing Mylar shop they gave me the first package for free.

Thanks to Mylar shops customer service the experience was turned from negative to something positive and I will not hesitate to recommend Mylar Shop to other buyers.

I started ordering at Mylar Shop in 2017. The products are really of excellent quality. The shipment is very fast and packages are perfectly packaged.

I happened to have a problem with an order of which Mylar shop was ultimately not responsible. So I wrote to the company that answered me only a few hours after sending my e-mail. I had the right to a monitoring of an extreme quality and a responsiveness to any test. We even traded on Sunday!

In the end, the store repaired me with the keys of commercial gestures: Discount code, return bags, added bag bonus. So it's an excellent experience for me to order with them. They are very professional and attentive to their clients. It is really good to be able to rely on a provider of this quality or the customer is not a simple order nr. Mylar shop at all inclusive with the trade, with them, the customer is king under condition to be honest in his steps.

I cannot think of any way you can improve. The things I ordered were delivered quickly, perfect condition and the products are perfect. Difficult to improve on perfection I think.

If I had to rate your company for the little collaboration we had, I would score it excellent, mainly because of the courtesy and interest you showed until the product market was completed.
If you would like to add something more to this process, I would suggest that you send along with the products a brochure in which you have information on how to weld the bags, ie the maximum welding temperature and the minimum welding width of the bag.
